We offer flowers, bouquets, custom clothing, stitching, and personalized designs. Availability, materials, colors, and designs may vary.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, prices, and details are accurate. Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings. Significant variations will be communicated where appropriate.

3. Orders

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may confirm product details, measurements, delivery address, payment method, and estimated delivery date.

4. Custom Orders

Customers must provide accurate measurements and preferences. Agreed specifications form part of the order. Changes may be limited once production begins.

5. Pricing and Delivery Charges

Prices are in NPR unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and agreed customization fees will be disclosed before order confirmation. Taxes will be handled as required by law.

6. Payments

Available payment methods may include COD, QR payment, and eSewa. Customers must use checkout options or methods confirmed by us. Orders may be verified before dispatch.

7. Delivery

Delivery is available across Nepal subject to service availability. Estimates will be communicated during confirmation. Delivery issues will be handled under applicable law and relevant delivery arrangements.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our published policies and applicable Nepalese law govern returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact details, addresses, measurements, and instructions and promptly report problems.

10. Intellectual Property

Our original photographs, branding, written content, and designs may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, subject to applicable rights.

11. Privacy

Customer information is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Zallient's terms may also apply.

12. Complaints and Disputes

Contact us to raise a complaint. We will register and address complaints in accordance with applicable legal requirements and deadlines.

13. Applicable Law

The applicable laws of Nepal govern these Terms, including consumer protection, electronic commerce, and privacy laws.
